So Far Away is a five piece from Aschaffenburg (Germany) that started
in 2005.
From that time on the band created a melodic hardcore sound in the vein
of bands like Killing the Dream,
Stretch Arm Strong, Final Fight or Modern Life Is War. After a line up
change they tried to play as many
shows as possible to get more and more people involved into their music
and to do what they can do best:
Burn down the stages.
In almost every part of Germany they played shows and now they take the
opportunity to play the U.S.
They shared the stage with many bands like Zero Mentality, Bane, Cold
World, Allegiance, Go It Alone,
Boy Sets Fire, Teamkiller and many more. With their positive attitude
developed from a vegetarian / straight edge
lifestyle and their lyrics dealing with the problems of life they will
catch your attention, and once you are
in you will never get out.
In the end of April their debut EP "All Alone" will be released through
the Guideline Demo Series. Get your copy and you will understand what
